Description
A lovely, rather surprising mix of the traditional Sicilian Grillo and the French grape variety, Viognier (a grape rarely grown in Sicily). ?The unusual mix produces great results. Bouquets of tropical fruits, with hints of vanilla with beautifully balanced ripe fruits in the mouth.
Rina Ianca means ?white sand? in Sicilian dialect, reflecting the sandy soil found in the vineyard where the grapes are grown.
Food wise, go Sicilian!, Spaghetti alle Vongole (spaghetti with clams)!! Obviously pairs well with all types of seafood and white fish.
